Rescheduling or cancellation should be done at least 24 hours in advance

4. Payment Terms

5. Reports and Results

Regarding your diagnostic reports:

Report delivery times vary by test type; estimates will be provided at booking
Reports are for informational purposes and should be reviewed with your physician
We are not responsible for clinical interpretation or treatment decisions
Digital reports require secure authentication for access

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:
